Today was my last day at work. This time I actually felt a little sad because I might not go back next year. After almost two years, I only work summers or when on school break, I'm still getting paid minimum wage. I'm a great employee, if I do say so myself! I can do almost anything except food assembly. And that angers me. They've also been hiring new people and keep cutting my hours. So I think my best option is to just look for another job. I might want to become a waiter or something. Tips are great! Hehe
I'm not sure if I mentioned it before but I'm super excited to start school again. I know for a fact that on my second day I will start on my design projects! My muse always comes at midnight and gives me ideas on creating a special container to hold 2-6 "healthy" drinks. An expandable container, maybe.

101th Post!!!
I hadn't realized that I had made my 100th post so let's just celebrate my 101th post!!!
WOOOHOOO!!!
Anyway, right now if you were to look at me walking down the street I would probably remind you of Niurka. That's right bitches!!! I am bald!!! Haha, just until it grows back again because I plan on spiking it up and probably bleaching it to look cute again. You know how I do. ;)
I guess I was just updating because I always use my blog. Not to update, as you can probably see but to read other people's blogs. I've recently been more and more interested on the crafty blogs. I follow probably more than six crafty blogs. All of them cute. I am just merely trying to get ideas for how my roommates and I are going to decorate our apartment next year when we all move out of the dorms.
Let me introduce my roommates. Dalia, Cynthia, and my brother. Dalia is originally from Colombia but she's lived in Miami most of her life. Cynthia's family is from Mexico but she's lived in Indiana most of her life as well. And my bro, well, you should know him. My twin brother. Not identical, but still twins. I think it will be such a great house. And hopefully we will keep it for all three of our undergraduate years remaining. Awww.
For the people who I am following: update your blogs more often!!! I looove to read what you have to say!!!

Good Or Bad Influence. Priorities.
Am I a good or bad influence on your life?
I think that should be my next Honesty Box question. I just ask this because I think I was the one who got people to start blogging. And it's really fun! Somehow I think of it as a way to keep in touch when we all go our ways after high school. -sigh-
We got assigned seats in U.S. History. The lameness! Oooh~ I'm all right though. I will still keep on doing my work and texting at the same time. It's much better now, for texting, I mean, because I am away from the teacher.
Sustained silent reading in English! Yay! Angels & Demons is so good! And the new cute boy is just so cute! I guess he really is a good student because he keeps on reading even when the class bitches, sorry, class clowns start being annoying and loud and disrespectful. I do the same. I've always ignored ignorant effers.
I now actually feel like I am helping in my Peer Tutoring class. I guess my friend Summer is the one who keeps me going. I think I would have already dropped that class by now and switched to another Japanese class to get more practice. But she's there and we keep each other company and talk about stuff and life and boys. It's nice. Our friendship has definitely grown a lot more this year.
We had Technicians today. That was weird. I definitely felt confident and was singing louder than usual. I thought I did a good job blending in with Isaac. I think I just need to know my stuff and be more confident. I am confident in Techoir, but not Technicians because in Technicians we do everything so quick and we barely have time to actually get the notes right. Or so I feel.
Lunch. Yay. Nothing special. Except a new arrangement of tables and chairs. People seriously need to stop fucking with them! It's getting old!
Nothing much to say about Japanese. Same stuff. I understand. And I think I know more vocabulary than two other girls, and Liz knows a bit more than I do. I think she does actually study. I hope I can continue my studies of Japanese in college, otherwise this would seem like a waste of time! And I really want to learn Japanese! (My goal is to have a cute Japanese boyfriend, you see. Tee-Hee)
SMOGEE. Yay. We talked about the positive things we've seen in our students and something positive from us. It almost got emotional. Someone else felt it besides me. Tomorrow will be our last day, then we are going back on December 4th to do a presentation to other 7th graders. Speaking of SMOGEE, it's almost 10 and I've yet to type out their papers for their board. Whoops.
That leads on to my other topic: Priorities
I've probably talked about getting my priorities straight and whatnot. But it's really hard. Once I turn my computer on Facebook and Blogger pull me in. Then, since my piano keyboard is right behind me, I go and practice my little song that I am hoping I will be able to perform with April for the Techoir Spring Concert. It'd be cute.
Something I should be really worried about: college. I've only applied to IU and U of I. UofI is private so I don't really want to go there. But I doubt IU will really accept me, ya know? I should really get my name out there and apply to IUPUI and Purdue as well. I am just so lazy and barely find time for myself. On top of that, I also want a job! I really do! I need the money!
I forgot to mention that I went to pick up my Senior pictures from Prestige on Saturday. They got my order wrong and my 16 by 20 pic was not included so they are going back and re-ordering it. It should be here in about two weeks. Yay.
I called my teacher from 4/5th grade back in Mexico and she told me to send her pictures. Last time I talked to her, face to face was 7 1/2 years ago. On the phone: 6 or 7 years.
She's really proud of me.
Oooh! My cousin might be coming here from Mexico for winter break! Yay! I love him. He's cute too. -GASP- ehl-oh-ehl. He's a bit younger than my brother and I. But same age, kind of.
I was actually reading a chapter today from my history book and it was really interesting. Talking about the Klan and important information from the Twenties. I think that's actually a nice period because of the mass media and flappers and Jazz.

New Look
Spirit Beads arrived today! We are selling them three for $2. All three school colors: red, green, and silver (white). Pretty cool, huh? Ms. Jesse let us wear them around for advertising purposes. Tomorrow is the day! I've been waiting for it, I hope we don't eff up in the middle of the show. That would just suck.
Did I mention Ms. Frank is back again? And she's still wearing them heels that she still hasn't learned to walk on? It's annoying. She also snatched my newspaper out of my friend's hands just so she could make a copy of an election article. What the eff!? She tries to be cute I guess. Stupid is more like it.
She had us reading a poem today about W.E.B. Du Bois and Booker T. Washington. Stupid. I read the section and it's so much better than her shit. I want our sub back.
In English we watched Raisin in the Sun. It's a pretty good movie, and now I want to read the book. I get tired of hearing about slavery a lot. I don't know. But I do know one thing: Martin Luther King didn't fight to have all these African Americans ruining their image. I just hate ghetto people. And seeing how most ghetto people are black. I just hate it. I don't know. It's not necessary.
Nothing much during fourth period, my peer tutor period. Kids keep messing with me, but it's fun. A cute dude calls me George. Another cute, Mexican, calls me Immigrant. It's so funny. He also calls me "she" and girl stuff. He was the one who wanted to ask me if I was gay or not, but he chickened out. No huggie from Josh in class. He's too busy reading his little Insane Clown Posse book. It's fine with me.
Then music, I walked in just in time to start singing Number 7. I pretty much sucked at that one. The others ones I was fine. I think the other basses are relying on me, and I rely on Isaac and Peter. I really shouldn't. So today I took it as a test. I managed. I did mess up though, and the other basses were right behind me too. Oh well, I know how to fix them.
Then I went down to see Ms. Jesse in the cafeteria so I could start selling the beads. I don't know how much money we made, but I saw her envelope, and it was fat! Yay for cool fundraisers!
Then Links and Penny Wars appeared too so I got stuck working both of them. Fine with me. Good thing I avoided Elijah today; he follows me everywhere. Not cool. I don't really like him much either.
Since Ms. H needed people to count money for the Pep Rally, April and I decided not to go to Japanese. I didn't realize until later that Sensei wasn't at school today and we were only going to watch Japanese anime. ^^ Pretty much Seniors won in both links and money. As they should.
Luckily, for SMOGEE people, the Pep Rally was postponed for Friday due to immaturity from stupid high school kids. Means I'll be there for my last Pep Rally!
I thought our third day at Shortridge sucked. Mainly because Ms. Sharp, the teacher, has issues, and she always wants things to be done her way. Stupid, she took ten minutes out of our lesson just to fix people around. No one likes her, and when she talks to you, she really isn't. She is looking behind you, not your eyes. It annoys me. I kind of want to go "I'm right here!" And get all up in her face.
I did see an eighth-grader that I met last year during my Junior SMOGEE. He's cool. His name is Dylan, and he's hella cute too. I wish he was in high school. He's adding me on Myspace. Again.
So on our way back to school, we SMOGEE kids talked about Ms. Sharp like it was our job! Yeah, fun!
I finally got my clothes out of my locker and wore my tennis shoes for band. My feet were still hurting, but the pain was less than with dress shoes on. Band is awesome. I think.
We had an audience during rehearsal because the Bonfire was going on almost at the same time. I saw peeps! ^^ I think I am a little in love with Emily Lucas. I realized that my Sophomore year. I love her. She's awesome and smart.
I came home and worked on Japanese homework. Yay for Japanese!

Raise your right hand 12 p.m - 1 p.m.
I have failed to tell my faithful readers that Josh has written, in my agenda, little assignments for me to do. I've done a few of them, but not all of them. I definitely didn't smoke crack or get herpes that Friday afternoon. Today was "Raise your hand 12 p.m. -1 p.m." He expected me to do it, be he never saw it; I was in a meeting.
Journalism was pretty meh today. We read a chapter on Feature Writing, same thing for which I went to IU for a week. Yeah. I don't need another review. But the chapter did give me some ideas for next issues.
Because I felt this reading wasn't very productive for me, I decided to work on questions and sources for my next story: Illegal Immigration at Tech.
Pretty big story, huh? And hard too. I talked to Ms. Jesse of having another name for this story as well: Andrew Rod
U.S. History was pretty meh-ish today too. We worked on easy stuff, like always, and we are taking a quiz tomorrow and reviewing for the chapter test.
English 11 was kind of funny today. Our teacher was making sexual comments on a student's Poster Project; it had horns and a semi-nude chick with a house and a car. Yeah, I drew the same conclusions.
Peer Tutor-much! I pretty much mess around with people during this period. Or they mess with me.
The girls, as I will call them from now on, accidentally dropped a few items on the floor. I hadn't noticed this because I was helping my ENL students. So when they called me, and I saw the mess, I was all "Really?" The Girl even took her belt off and dropped it on the floor for me to pick up. I just went ahead and did it. Whatever.
Then Joshie was messing with me too, kinda. He was popping my fingers, as I say it. It was kind of funny until he got to the used-to-be-broken index finger which didn't do anything but it still hurt like hell. I think I got a total of three huggies from him. He smelled good too. I love Joshie.
People are noticing about me too.
They all laughed when he got up and gave me a hug, because of his tallness, my face was buried almost underneath his armpit. Quite funny. And I had to leave because of that meeting.
Nothing important, just to apply to UofI. I don't want to go there, but they did give us pizza and drinks.
I missed music though, and seeing friends, and a specific person. -sigh-
I did get out in time to go to Japanese! We studied, as we always do. April made me a box. It looks more like a tray, but she called it a box, so hey, it's a box!
Then Adv. Env. Science. It was kind of fun but hectic. Everybody is always talking and we have 73 college-level-thinking questions due in two days! They are hard! But I'm stuck in it.
School was over, and I was struck with surprise because I was able to go home early! That is like the second time so far in the year! Wow! It did take me a while to find my bus though. But I got home safe!
So far so good!
I'm going to have fun tomorrow "Speaking in Rhyme"

A Lack of Internet
Second post! (Yay?)
I know, I really want to get this blog going but I really can't right now because I have no intahnet.
My family and I moved about a year ago (around Feb-April 2007) to a place that is, ummm, ghetto-friendly (?). Well, because of this, there is no DSL around our area so for six months I was stuck with Dial-Up. Ask me how many times I got on the net. -.-
So now I am stuck doing nothing at home. Well, there's homework, but ummm, yeah. At school, everything is blocked so for about a year and a half I haven't updated my SpaceBook or MyFace. How annoying!
So, for my second post I'll show a video of my friend, Lena, sticking a pen through both of her (lip) piercings and then twisting it. It looks painful. And as they say: Viewer discretion advised!
